Malt crushing methods include dry crushing, humidified dry crushing and wet crushing.

Humidified dry crushing refers to the dry crushing of malt after steam or water mist treatment to humidify and regain moisture.

The saccharification system is the core of the whole brewing beer. The saccharification system has four steps: saccharification - Filtration - boiling - rotary sedimentation, which are completed by several containers. These steps are called several saccharifiers.
