Fermentation tank is a pressure vessel for wort fermentation,Double-layer stainless steel plate,with a cooling jacket in the middle,Miller plate cooling,increase the turbulence of cold water and improve the cooling efficiency.Fermentation tank accessories include temperature sensor,thermometer,pressure gauge,sampling valve,manhole,sight glass,etc.The bottom is equipped with a beer outlet arm valve.
The tapered bottom,the insulation layer thickness is 80mm,the material is polyurethane foam,and the cold water pipe is pre-embedded.The cold water in the cold water tank is pumped into the jacket through the cold water pump to achieve effective cooling of the wort.

Plate and frame filter,made of high quality stainless steel,the function of the filter is to filter the spent grain after mashing.
High production efficiency, up to 12 batches per day; reduce labor intensity, filter, system CIP and filter cloth cleaning can realize automatic control; after the original wort filtration is completed, the membrane is blown and squeezed to squeeze the grain layer.
