3, Different fermentation time

In addition to the differences in the fermentation process between craft beer and industrial beer, the fermentation time is also very different.

(1) Craft Beer: Because it doesn't need to worry too much about the cost, the fermentation time tends not to be given much attention and the time cost will not be considered too much.
The most traditional craft beer can be fermented for up to 2 months, so that the beer is fully fermented, the wort concentration is higher, and the flavor is more intense.

(2) Industrial beer: For industrial beer, time is money, so the fermentation time of industrial beer is usually only about 7 days, so the fermentation will not be particularly sufficient,
resulting in a low content of wort and a lighter flavor.

4, Different development history

The history of fermentation of craft beer is longer than that of industrial beer. As early as the appearance of industrial beer, craft beer has already appeared.
1) Craft Beer: At first, Aier Beer (Craft Beer) was produced by women to protect their family members from surviving in harsh environments (such as plague, famine, polluted water, etc.).
In the Middle Ages, a large number of people died in the plague, and the church took over the production of beer. Due to the huge increase in market demand for beer,
profits are also high, and craft beer has developed rapidly. At that time, many European royal families also set up their own royal brewery to make craft beer.
However, with the appearance of refrigeration equipment, industrial beer with stable quality, non-deterioration and suitable for transportation has become popular.
Coupled with the flourishing of glass products, the transparent beer glass is less pleasing than the turbid Al beer.
People are more and more fond of rag beer (mostly industrial beer).

(2) Industrial beer: 19 In the 40s of the world, Bavarian beer brewers in Germany brought beer fermentation technology to Pilsen in the Czech Republic
to produce the world’s oldest golden beer—Pearson beer (industrial beer), with cooling The emergence of the equipment This quality is stable, not easy to
degenerate beer suitable for large-scale industrial production and transportation. With the advancement of transportation methods,
Pearson Beer and Pearson Brewing soon became popular throughout Central Europe.

After that, the popular beer in Europe was brought to the United States by immigrants. Gradually, Americans gradually liked the beer.
However, because there is less barley in the United States, they gradually used corn instead of barley to brew beer and later evolved into rice or
Instead of barley brewing beer, starch, etc., formed the American industrial beer that is currently on the market.
