(1) The outstanding difference between fermenters and other industrial equipment is that the requirements for pure culture cultivation are high, almost to a very severe degree. Therefore, the rigor of the fermenter and the high reliability of the operation are prominent features of the fermentation industry.


(2) Modern fermentation industry In order to obtain greater economic benefits, fermenters are becoming more large-scale and automated. In the automation of fermenters, on-line detection of parameters such as pH electrodes, dissolved oxygen electrodes, dissolved CO2 electrodes, etc. as parameters is quite mature in foreign countries. Fermentation detection parameters are also limited to some of the most common parameters such as temperature, pressure, and air flow.
