Our company can design and weld the whole set of equipment on the square tube frame according to the customer's needs, and the bottom is equipped with rollers, which is suitable for mobile transportation.

The top of the mash tun is equipped with a stainless steel feeding port for uniform feeding to avoid the phenomenon of mashing the pot. The top motor drives the internal materials. When the saccharification is completed, the bottom sanitary pump is used for material transportation.

The tops of the four containers are connected by stainless steel pipes to realize the recovery and treatment of indoor steam, and the collected hot water can be reused, realizing resource solution.

The hop adding device on the top of the kettle tun ensures the stability of the taste of each batch of beer, avoids direct manual contact with the high-temperature kettle tun, and improves the safety of operation.

Built-in cultivator, the inner wall of the tank is polished, there is no dead corner in the saccharification process. After brewing, connect the CIP pipeline to automatically clean the tank body without residue.
