Heating method of 500L Beer Microbrewery Equipment

Three kinds of heating method are optional to choose,According to the customer's preferences and the energy supply situation at the brewery site, we can provide customers with a variety of heating methods, the characteristics are as follows:

1. Electric element heating,Use electric coils for heating. In a 500L beer brewing system, the usual power is 30-40Kw,Suitable for beer brewing systems below 1000L, the advantage is that it is not affected by energy supply, and the heating rate is high.

2. Steam heating,using the electric steam boiler/gas steam boiler etc.to generate steam.Using jacket for heating,compared with electric heating, steam heating has a wider application range, and heating is more uniform and stable.

3. Direct fire heating.Burners and fire boiler to generate steam jacket.
